Is it possible to alter my order?
You can also alter your order before it has been shipped. It is not at all possible to make any changes in the order once it has left the warehouse. If you want any changes, make sure to call us at +92 308 100 6666 and inform the customer service representatives.
What if my items have not arrived?
As a general rule, you will receive your orders within a 2 to 3 business day’s duration. However, if the order is delayed you can definitely contact our customer service personnel to inquire about the delivery of your goods. You can also track your shipment through an ID sent to you in the confirmation email of your order.
Is it possible to get a order delivered outside Pakistan?
We presently provide delivery services to out of Pakistan as well. But, there are some additional delivery charges depending on the location. You can inquire about the delivery charges for your specific location by sending us an email at info@hutch.pk .

Every item is thoroughly packaged in order to avoid any harm or damage to the goods.
Policy for fake buyers / cash on delivery abuse:
For those buyers who refuse parcels on their doorstep (without any valid reason) or give fake addresses or do not pay our delivery charges on cancellation after 24 hours, we fully reserve the right to either sue or publicly name and shame fake buyers. We will add them in our fraud list.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
